Cancellation policy

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
The rate requires payment for the entire stay at the time of booking.

THE RATE INCLUDES:

TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED and must be paid directly at the hotel at a rate of €1.50 per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 days. Not applicable to children under 14 years of age.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
The total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Tourist tax and/or any extra services will be charged at check-out. At check-in, you must present the credit card used for the non-refundable booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-refundable in case of cancellation, changes or no-show.
